Chair Yoga (Sun Salutation Variation)

If you have physical limitations at the moment or you have not done exercise for a long time, I would suggest you to do a variation of Sun Salutation with a Chair. For example, if you have blood pressure issues, wrist joint issues, lower back issues or etc... This variation will be good for you to gently build up an exercise routine. If you have lower back issue, wrist joint issue or carpal tunnel syndrome, please skip the back bend or do it gently. **Please note that the Chair should be on a yoga mat or non slippery surface. ** Please make sure the chair is stabilized firmly before you start a practice.**
