How to generate good vibe?

Hi Everyone!

Welcome to September! A new month is always a good time to build a routine, start a new plan, set a new goal etc…

Here is a suggestion, try the following 4 tips for three weeks, see how your vibes change positively.

  1. Practice pranayama (breathing exercise) twice a day - if you haven’t tried this before, I will explain the technique in class.

  2. Get some sun at least 5-10 minutes a day - if there is no sun try to be around grass, trees or other nature.

  3. Eat fresh nutritious food! As fresh as possible!

  4. Develop a good group of people to be around, stay away from gossip.
