I haven't written my blog and newsletter for a while. How are you?
There was snow and disrupted traffic on our first practice after my two weeks holiday. I am very grateful and lucky to catch a bus to make the class. I would like to send my appreciation, gratitude and respect to our dedicated participants. In such a situation we still have 7 participants to practice together, share life stories and support each other - such a heart-warming memory we created together for this snow day!
I am very lucky to have loving, humble and dedicated students in Hong Kong and London which allows my teaching to go on. I am happy to announce, Liberty in Yoga now is 5 years old. Because of this special anniversary, we have two offers and now a new Friday Evening class this month to celebrate. Click here to book your spot in our new Friday class.
Next, my teacher, Prasad Rangnekar, is coming to Europe for teaching after his tour of Southeast Asia. Here are just two of the courses he is delivering which cover some of the deeper aspects of yoga beyond just posture practice. More workshops and retreats will be announced soon. If you would like to find out more about him and his teaching, please click here for his website and click here for his Facebook Page.
Finally, I am soon to be running a creative workshop, which is not yoga-related. We will explore some basic concepts on essential oils - what they are, how to use them (including making your own skincare products) and integrating them into a holistic lifestyle. Please click here to find out more about the workshop and get your ticket . Don’t miss your chance to enjoy your early-bird offer and to win a full size Neil’s Yard Remedies Aromatic Foaming Bath (200ml).
Also, for the chance to win a full size Neil’s Yard Remedies Rose and Pomegranate Body Lotion, simply "Like" my NYR Organic Facebook Page and share it on your personal Facebook timeline as “Public" - the winner will be announced on 13th April.
Thanks for reading our newsletter. Look forward to seeing you in class and/or in the workshop. Take care and have a lovely week ahead!
